Spam "Simply and with no complications" is any email you send to someone with OUT his/her permission.

- Send To Clean Lists only

To avoid spam complaints we only allow importing clean lists, this means:-

• No Purchased Lists.
• No Rented Lists.
• No Manually harvested addresses.

Just clean lists, lists you own with subscribers who gave you the permission to send them newsletters, or customers who purchased your products

- Only legal stuff allowed

Don't use MailPacks service to send any illegal Email, this include but not limited to

• Pornography
• Emails contain or promoting copy-righted materials
• Offensive Emails
• Racist Emails
• Anything that isn't following CAN-SPAM Laws
• And ofcourse NO SPAM "again"
